 1. This Law does not regulate the insurance of employees of state institutions against accidents in the performance of their labor (official) duties, with the exception of employees of the State forest protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state inspectors of environmental organizations.

2. The conclusion by the employer of an employee's voluntary accident insurance contract does not release him from the obligation to conclude an employee's compulsory insurance contract.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory employee accident insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
